The Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) is the regulatory, supervisory and enforcement authority responsible for Customs, Energy (mineral oils, electricity, natural gas, LNG and coal), Alcohol, Tobacco and related products, and Public Gaming. In these areas, the Agency is responsible for assessing and collecting duties and taxes and also carries out tax police and judicial police functions.
