Green Logistics Expo’s proposition continues to broaden its sphere of interest and support, both among companies and industry associations, which increasingly see Green Logistics as the trade fair where they truly feel at home and can experiment with new forms of networking.
Particularly noteworthy is the decision made by Assofer (the Association of Railway and Intermodal Operators). In agreement with its members, the association has opted for a strong institutional presence, giving up the traditional collective exhibition space in order to encourage independent participation by its members, who will then be brought together during the event through shared networking and discussion opportunities. Assofer therefore joins other leading organizations such as Assologistica, UIR, Fermerci, and SOS LOGistica in choosing Green Logistics Expo as their benchmark trade fair.
The event is also attracting exhibitors from new market segments, seeking not only potential clients but also closer synergy with the logistics ecosystem. This is the case for leading Italian infrastructure design companies with a strong international focus and interest in high geopolitical value areas — a central theme of the upcoming edition of the exhibition. Different in profile, yet equally relevant to the logistics system as a whole, is the attention shown by major construction companies such as Mapei, participating with innovative products for industrial logistics alongside true leaders in international logistics such as Hupac.
A similar consideration applies to intralogistics. Alongside traditional themes such as automation, control, and efficiency, new topics are emerging, including temperature-controlled logistics, where the “quality cold chain” solutions proposed by Madefrigor, a leading refrigeration solutions company, stand out. Also noteworthy are companies engaged in advanced research, such as Graphene-XT, which is developing new industrial applications and solutions through the use of graphene.
It can therefore be said that Green Logistics Expo now presents itself with a comprehensive profile, capable of showcasing the importance, complexity, and appeal of a sector that has rightly been described as “the enterprise of enterprises.”
